Website Manifesto

man·i·fes·to (noun)

· a public declaration of policy and aims

I. This website is for me.

• My opinion about it is the only one that matters.

• The greatest "value" I could provide to a potential audience is to be uncompromisingly myself.

II. This website is imperfect.

• Perfection isn't real and seeking it is a waste of time.

• I don't want this website to ever be "finished." It is a perpetual work in progress, a living journal. It will change and grow with me for as long as I want it.

• If any part of the website looks corpo, I will mess with it until it doesn't.

III. This website is a celebration of my multitudes.

• This website is a place for all of my interests and all of my creativity.

• This is not an instagram page. This is not a social media.

• Everything that I love belongs. There is no branding, no niche.

• No creativity is too "off-brand."

• No interest is too embarassing or too cringe.

• Cringe is fun and fun is freedom.

IV. This website is made by me.

• I may ask for help or advice from those with more experience, but at the end of the day, all code and all content on this website is made with my own two hands.

• If I want to make something and I don't know how, I will learn how.

• No AI, ever, for anything.

V. This manifesto is a living document.

• This manifesto can be changed or updated at any time to better suit my needs and express my intentions.
